Pricing decisions often involve doubts, whether it’s adjusting list prices, offers, the organization, and so on.

And there isn’t always enough time to uncover and weigh pros and cons, or perhaps there’s still doubt despite a decision proposal.

Contribution can coach you to the answer. In the coaching conversation, you will receive questions that provide you with new reflections and insights, and you will have time and space to think so that you can make the best decision.

The decisions to be made are always of a unique nature. Sometimes the decision will be clear after 45 minutes, and other times it may be more complex and require 4-5 conversations.

In the conversations, you benefit from a trained coach with 20 years of pricing experience.

Successful coaching requires good chemistry. Therefore, a 20-30 minute intro meeting is held beforehand, where Contribution explains more about the coaching approach and you provide an overview of the problem. After that, both parties can assess whether it makes sense to continue.
